Whether we are working on race team hospitality in the paddock, a product launch, or a conference , our high standards of personal service, planning and attention to detail are second to none.

In the field of Motorsport we have provided hospitality in the World Touring Car Championships, Le Mans Series, Le Mans 24hrs, British Touring Car Championships and the World Rally Championships.

We have also delivered turnkey events and corporate hospitality to several manufacturers, including Volvo, Mercedes Benz & Volkswagen.

Catering

We are very proud of our food at Aubergine Events. Our Chefs are all well travelled and have vast experience of working all over Europe, offering truly international cuisine.
We only use fresh produce, and if it is not shipped from the UK we purchase from local suppliers.
All our menus are designed with you, the client. For corporate events we can also arrange a menu tasting prior to the day.

Hospitality

We can look after your guests for the weekend leaving you to run the Team.
Whether in a hospitality trailer or a temporary structure we can ensure that your guests have comfortable surroundings with quality food and one to one service from our friendly staff.

Activities

Aubergine Events Activities Organising an event is one thing but keeping your guests entertained is another. At Aubergine Events we can help you arrange many types of individual or group activity. Using a group of tried & tested suppliers we can arrange everything from laser clay pigeon shooting to off road karting, surf simulators to paintballing.

All these activities can be arranged at a specialised venue or even a Greenfield site. We can even bring the showers!

Aircraft Charter

At many sporting events traffic can be a problem, so why not fly your guests in to the venue.
Whether you need a 2 seater helicopter to ferry in some VIP guests or a 45 seat fixed wing aircraft to transport a larger number of people, we can supply them. Subject to a suitable runway!
